1. After the artificial turf arrives at the designated paving site, do not cut it hastily after unloading. First, look at the model, size and orientation of the outer package, and then spread the turf in a unified direction. It should be dried for at least 24 hours. Because the tension generated during the production and transportation of the turf roll, it should be fully released. The extension of the turf should adapt to the heat expansion and cold contraction of the external environment, so as to avoid cracking or excessive joint caused by the turf contraction after paving.
2. When cutting artificial turf, do not seek to cut it well one at a time, but reserve a slightly larger size, and then trim the edge a little bit, so as to avoid that if the middle size is not enough and the gap is too large after cutting, remember to work slowly.
3. When cutting the artificial lawn, it will be easier to turn up the lawn and cut it from the back.
4. When brushing glue, do not apply glue on the straw thread, so as to avoid that the adhesion fastness will be affected when the joints between the lawns on both sides are made, and the gaps will be more obvious. Push the straw thread out along the middle of the joints on both sides in a straight line with auxiliary tools, and then press it to strengthen the adhesion fastness.
5. When cutting, pay attention to ensure that the lodging direction of the grass silk is consistent throughout the site, otherwise there will be obvious color difference, which should be avoided.
