Construction Technology Of Artificial Turf

The artificial turf is rich in varieties, adjustable in length, and convenient for construction. It can be paved on asphalt and cement sites.
First, let's understand the composition and structure of artificial turf. Composition of artificial lawn: plastic grass, lawn bottom, non-woven cloth and joint cloth are pasted. Precautions for pasting are as follows:
Before pasting, make sure that the surfaces of non-woven fabrics, joint fabrics, and lawn bottoms are clean, dry, and free of moisture. It is not suitable to work in bad weather such as wet rain and snow. The working environment temperature should be between 0-40 ℃, otherwise it will lead to poor bonding.
The specific steps of artificial turf production and construction are as follows:
1、 Gluing:
It is required to paint the bottom of the lawn with a brush in a thin and even thickness, and it is not allowed to apply glue repeatedly, otherwise it will cause blistering or even falling. The thickness of glue shall be strictly controlled, and attention shall be paid to the proper speed of glue application, which shall be applied to the two bonded surfaces respectively.
The drying time shall be reasonably controlled according to the temperature, humidity and other conditions at that time. Generally, it is better to coat the glue for 10-15 minutes, and it is better to make the glue 80% or 90% dry when it is not sticky by hand. It is required to align and stick firmly at one time. Never move the bonded object back after bonding.
2、 Pressure curing:
After bonding, the sundries on the surface shall be firmly hammered from the bonding point to both sides with a special rubber hammer to make the surface fully bonded, dense and firm. The curing time is generally three days, and the test strength is generally ten days. Therefore, it is necessary to pay close attention to its maintenance during curing to avoid excessive exposure, water invasion and movement, so as to reach the bonding state.
3、 Cutting and finishing:
After bonding, the fragments cut on the site shall be cleaned before being filled with quartz sand and rubber particles.
4、 Paving quartz sand
After the lawn is pasted and trimmed, it is necessary to use special quartz sand to fix the grass seedlings in the grass seedlings to prevent the grass seedlings from lodging. Sand shall be poured to the remaining height of the grass seedlings within 10mm. Rubber particles shall be spread evenly on the surface of the grass seedlings. Sand particles with ridges shall not be poured between the grass seedlings to prevent athletes from being injured.
5、 Inspection and acceptance
After the above steps and the lawn laying process is basically completed, the overall lawn needs to be inspected and accepted. If problems are found, they should be reported and corrected in a timely manner.
