Proper maintenance aims to improve the strength and aesthetics of artificial turf.
Material identification method of artificial turf:
1. Artificial turf grass fiber material. Polyethylene (PE), with good cost performance ratio, is popular internationally and widely accepted by the public; Polypropylene (PP), the grass fiber is hard, and easy to fiber. It is generally suitable for artificial turf, playground and other purposes; Nylon (PA) is the best artificial grass material. Nylon artificial grass is widely used in developed countries such as the United States. The price in China is high, and most customers cannot accept it.
2. Bottom. Wool composite woven cloth, durable, good anti-corrosion performance, good adhesion to glue and straw thread, easy to firm, this kind of artificial grass price is moderate; Glass fiber and other materials are used at the bottom of the grid fiber, which is helpful to increase the strength of the bottom and the binding force of the grass fiber.
3. Artificial lawn glue. Styrene butadiene latex is a popular material for artificial turf in the Chinese market. Good performance, low cost, water soluble, but easy to leak, German BASF is preferred; The strength and binding force of polyurethane (PU) adhesive are several times more than those of the above products. It is durable, beautiful in color, absolutely free from corrosion, mildew and environmental protection, but it is expensive and is an international common material.
Basic requirements:
1. Keep the site clean;
2. Motor vehicles and heavy objects with "No Smoking" signs around the grassland shall not enter the sports ground;
3. Reduce cleaning times and avoid cleaning at high temperature;
4. Set up enough dustbins;
5. Control the use of the site;
6. Minor damage shall be repaired in time.
