Introduction to artificial turf cement concrete foundation:
1. The flatness of the foundation surface is required to ensure that the thickness of the artificial grass surface is consistent and the elasticity is uniform. The pass rate of flatness shall be above 95%, the error of 5m ruler shall be 3MM, the gradient shall be 8 ‰ horizontally, 5 ‰ longitudinally, 5 ‰ in semicircle area, and the surface shall be flat and smooth to ensure drainage.
2. The foundation shall have certain strength and stability.
3. The surface is uniform and solid, without cracks, broken edges and pits, and the joints are straight and smooth × It is better to cut about 6000 mm.
4. The cushion shall be compacted with a compactness greater than 95%. After being compacted by a medium-sized roller, there shall be no obvious wheel tracks, loose topsoil, waves, etc.
5. The cement foundation must have an impermeable layer, which is made of new PVC thickened impermeable film. The joint shall be more than 300mm, and the margin shall be more than 150mm.
6. Expansion joints with a width of 5mm shall be considered.
7. The basic maintenance period is 2-3 weeks.
