Construction technology of artificial turf

In recent years, artificial turf has become more and more popular with the public, not only for school football and golf courses, but also for parks and various scenic decorations. Artificial grass can be applied to asphalt foundation, cement foundation and crushed stone powder layer foundation.
Artificial turf is also divided into injection molded artificial turf and woven artificial turf. The sports ground will have quality requirements for the hardness, elasticity and drainage of artificial turf.
Construction technology of artificial turf:
1、 The foundation ground shall be cleaned, and any unevenness shall be repaired in time to ensure that the foundation is kept clean.
2、 Basic measurement:
1. The foundation ground shall be surveyed and set out according to the design drawings.
2. Use measuring instruments to accurately measure the size of the site, and the error should be controlled within 5mm.
3、 Lawn pavement:
Along the length of the construction site, the paving shall be firmly bonded without gaps. The arrangement direction shall be about 90 degrees to the direction of the lawn. According to the measured ground, the artificial turf shall be paved on the ground, and the joint shall not be greater than 3mm. The joints shall be bonded with glue and the joints shall be knocked firmly with tools.
4、 Specific construction of lawn:
1. Apply glue on the ground, prepare glue, control the thickness of glue, and apply glue evenly on both sides. Repeated painting is not allowed to avoid bubble of glue.
2. Bonding: the position shall be determined during bonding, and it is not allowed to modify the position at will after bonding.
3. Pressure bonding: use special rubber tools to hammer the bonding joint.
4. Turf curing: The curing time usually takes more than 3 days, during which time, blisters and back and forth movement should be avoided.
